Nadine comes from a musical family background including her sister who is an ongoing songwriter and arranger who owns her own studio. Nadine also writes her own songs.
At the age of seven, she started vocal training which was professionally established during her teenage years. In 1996 she won her first major national festival with the well loved ballad Ma NInsik Qatt written by her sister. In the last few years she placed third in three other local festivals "Festival Indipendenza 1997" with Min Jaf and "L-Ghanja tal-Poplu 98 with L-isbah Raqda and in 2000 with Dak li Ghedtli Dakinhar. 1997 marked the production of the Christmas CD Angel Voices at Christmas for which she had one of the major roles together with singers Alwyn and Elisa.
She took part in other local festivals and was one of the 16 finalists in the euro-song selection of 1997 , 1999, 2001,2002. She participated in several editions of the International Festival of Maltese Song. The 1999 contest earmarked the ethnic ballad written for her by composer Rene Mamo and lyricist Joe Julian Farrugia. Jekk ghada ma jisbahx placed a prestigous position and is one of the three Maltese numbers for selection on American Airlines. Its subtitle in English is Endlessly.
Jekk Ghada ma Jisbahx was also well met by an American Radio Station and programme called Pop Goes The World presented by Fred Bronson. The song was also selected as a finalist in the International TV Song Contest held in December 1999 organised by FIDOF. The same musical team was honoured by the Unisong International Song Contest of 2001.
Nadine has represented Malta in various occasions abroad including the Prague Festival in November 2002, supporting Maltese singer William Mangion at Piazza del Popolo Rome, and entertaining the Maltese Community in the UK in September 2003.
Nadine is a resident singer in various hotels including Comino Hotel, Fortina Hotel, Dolmen Hotel and the SAS Radisson Baypoint. Her band also caters for wedding receptions.
